Note: Duties and tariffs are not included for U.S. orders and will be charged upon delivery.

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method. Start your return or exchange by following [this link].
• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Engraved tags and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• We cannot accept returns for international orders.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to an $10 shipping and handling fee.

Important Notes:

• Returned items must have tags attached and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Furei® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the item to the final destination.
