Quality is amazing and the charms are so cute. My dog looks so adorable and it fits so good.
Initially very cute but the gold hardware has completely tarnished within a couple of months and no matter how tight you screw in the charms they eventually fall out.

I really wanted to love this because it felt like it was made for us. It just arrived, and I am already shopping for more charms! Quality and style of the leash and collar are worth the price. The vegan leather is nice and soft, very durable, and the hardware is finished beautifully! Charms are the cutest!!! Can’t wait for them to stock more. 10/10 recommend!

We loved the harness, and our dog looked so great wearing it. Unfortunately, after not long the buckle broke. I understand that your company does not accept returns, but would it be possible to send us a replacement buckle? The rest of the harness is still in good condition and working perfectly. Collar width is too think for a small dog to wear comfortably. The holes on the collar are not evenly spaced apart, so the charms did not fit will together and did not look as pretty as I hoped. Very disappointed that returns are not taken.
