Great quality cute charm!
Love that the leash can have a small handle or a big loop at the handler's end, and that it doesn't get soggy in the rain

I bought a Furei harness, leash, and a few charms, and I absolutely love them. They’re so cute and make my dog look so fashionable! The only issue I had was that the buckle on the harness broke after about six months. I reached out to Furei, explained what happened, and sent a few photos. After a few emails back and forth, they kindly sent me a replacement harness. Thank you so much for the great customer service. I’ve been telling my friends about your company because I’m such a fan of your products. I also recently bought a few more charms online and can’t wait to use them!

One of my charms fell off almost right away. We had it for about a week and yesterday a second charm fell off. We found the charm, but not the back so I can’t put it back on. I was gonna order more charms to have all leopard hearts, but if they’re gonna keep falling off and now I have empty spots in my collar that make me sad, especially since I’ve only had it on her for less than a couple of weeks.🙁
Store owner replied: I’m so sorry this happened! When the backs are fully tightened with the included screwdriver, the charms should stay securely in place. Please reach out with your order number so we can make it right 💛

Quality is amazing and the charms are so cute. My dog looks so adorable and it fits so good.
Initially very cute but the gold hardware has completely tarnished within a couple of months and no matter how tight you screw in the charms they eventually fall out.
