While our products are made to last, they are not chewproof and may tarnish without proper care.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method. Start your return or exchange by following [this link].
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Engraved tags and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- We cannot accept returns for international orders.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to an $10 shipping and handling fee.
