How to measure
Place two fingers perpendicularly between your dog's neck and the tape measure to ensure your doggo has the most comfortable fit.
Extra Small: 7 - 10 inches (0.5 inch strap width)
Small: 8 - 12 inches (0.75 inch strap width)
Medium: 12 - 15 inches (0.75 inch strap width)
Large: 15 - 18 inches (1 inch strap width)
Extra Large: 18 - 23 inches (1 inch strap width)
These are the measurements from the hardware to the adjustment holes.

Hand wash with a touch of dishwasher soap and warm water. Wipe dry with towel or let air dry.

The collar and charms are great, my dog looks amazing!
Despite measuring, the collar is too big. The size chart advice is to size up if it's a close call, but I wish I wouldn't have. When trying it on my dog, I quickly realized this collar could never be her regular collar - it's too annoying to put on and take off, plus, it feels kind of unsafe without a quick release option. So, I guess a bit of buyers remorse. If exchange/returns were possible, I'd try for a smaller size because the charms are adorable and she could wear it for special occasions.
Not only did I have the most wonderful customer experience when dealing with checkout issues (Thank you Mel!) but I’m also just blown away by how amazing the quality is and how timely the shipping was! Will definitely continue to shop these products!

For our smaller collar sizes, the first three holes are intentionally spaced to fit our charms, while the remaining holes are designed for neck size adjustments. This allows for both customization and a comfortable, secure fit.

The collar is beautiful, but the size recommendations are off. I measured my dog’s neck based on the instructions and ordered accordingly. Unfortunately the collar is too large, even when tightened to the smallest hole. I had to cut the end of the collar because there was far too much excess hanging out. I wish I would have sized down and ignored the recommendation.
It is a great quality collar and I’m obsessed with the charms, but my complaints are that for small dogs I feel like the hardware is a bit too big on the collar and might end up being too much for my dog as she starts wearing it out & to play since it’s pretty heavy. I also ordered a size small, it technically fits but the hole I have it on now is too loose and when I tighten it to the next hole it’s too tight and chokes her.
Everything I purchased is so cute. It looks exactly like the photos. The colours are so perfect, and the charms fit very well and are easy to attach. I made a second order after my first. The shipping is very very fast. I love my collar, leash, and charms and I can’t wait to purchase more.

My dogs love their collars! This is my second time purchasing these collars for my dogs. They love going to the beach and swimming in the water and it’s so easy to just clean the collars after! The charms are amazing and so cute! Will definitely be purchasing more charms to add on!
