- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Engraved tags and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- We cannot accept returns for international orders.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Important Notes:
- Returned items must have tags attached and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Furei® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has delivered the item to the final destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which will provide you with a link to your tracking details.
