Our products are designed to endure rough, wet, and muddy playtime. Cleaning is effortless, requiring only warm water and dish soap to restore them to their pristine condition.

Your product should remain stain-free under normal conditions. However, please be cautious with high-pigmented foods like beets, as well as dyes or permanent markers, as these may cause staining.

At the moment, we are only available online and in select stores. However, stay tuned for some exciting new partnerships coming up in your area!

Customization

All our charms are meticulously hand-soldered to ensure utmost durability, providing peace of mind that your pup's safety is never compromised. With our permanent charm collar, crafted to last a lifetime, your furry friend can enjoy their stylish accessories worry-free.

Our collars are made with love and we've spaced out the charms for (what we think) is the best aesthetic. Currently, our extra small and small collars accommodate up to 3 charms, while medium and large sizes can hold up to 5, and extra-large sizes up to 6, providing both style and functionality.

Our charms are made of gold-plated brass and can withstand muddy, rough and wet play.

We do not accept returns or do exchanges for any custom products. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out to hello@fureipets.com

Shipping & Orders

Merchandise, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted (see policy for details), can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be returned unused, and in the original packaging. Products will not arrive with a prepaid return label. All returns are subject to a $10 return fee. Please email hello@fureipets.com for assistance returning these items.

Proud to be a Canadian owned company. All our orders are dispatched out of our warehouse in Montreal, QC.

Providing that your order has not already been shipped, we can definitely help you change your shipping address details. Please email us at hello@fureipets.com with your order number, full name and your new shipping address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Providing we are able to catch it before it heads out the door, we can update your order. Please email us at hello@fureipets.com as soon as possible so we are able to help you.

We are working very hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible (After all, your pup deserves it). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which will provide you with a link to your tracking details. Occasionally, couriers can take up to 48 business hours to update your tracking information. If you have any questions, you can always email us at hello@fureipets.com.
